Long Lost Troubadour?

In a bizarre twist of fate, the long lost first guitar player once removed of The Troubadours was found off shore in St Michael's, Maryland this past weekend-commandeering a boat, claiming to have floated all the way from New Orleans. Undisclosed sources do confirm he has been operating a bar there called The Kingpin. He was not sure he remembered Jake or Mark, and may have a whopping case of amnesia.

Guitar therapy seems to be working.

They WANNA BE SEDATED

Well, if you missed the show last night, it was a beautiful evening at Brookside. The gardens are stunning; they looked like a painted sylvan backdrop with our favorite band inserted into the picture. And it was a great show, complete with a second line parade, in honor of Derek just in from The Big Easy. When Joe Bananas called, the kids came streaming in from all angles to join the parade. (You'd have thought that they were giving away money.)

Thanks to all of you who got the word out. There were a lot of familiar faces in the crowd. And as my friend, Brian said just after he saw the finale- the band knee deep in hyper frenzied tots on stage literally popping to "I Wanna Be Sedated"-
That was worth the drive right there.
